Got banned and trying to find out why

hey guys
i was banned and i don't understand why i was playing by the rules and only using my sniper on dxd bolts. i was on when the jump height was bigger on shipment and when a guy was using god mode and i wasn't using any condole commands so i am wondering why i am banned so if you guys can please unbar me that would be great
